Michele Raab-Franics

Michele Raab-Francis is the President and CEO of Safe Harbor Capital Group, LLC. A New York licensed Mortgage Broker who prides it-self on developing strong relationships with Builder Developers, Corporations, Foundations and Unions.

Headquartered in Bellport, New York, Safe Harbor Capital also maintains branch offices in Palm Beach, Florida where the firm has lender status. In addition, the company is licensed to do business in Connecticut. As part of an expansion process sparked by an affiliation with a National Home Builder Ms. Francis will be looking to obtain lender status in the coastal states of Maine to South Carolina.

Throughout her career in Banking and Finance which extends over a 25 year period of time Ms. Francis has always been focused on relationship building. Her dedication and ongoing support to the Organizations and Foundations which she has aligned herself with have been the secret of her success. A Board member of Maryhaven Center for Hope, Gold Coast Builders Association, Family Services League and a Sponsor for the Gift of Life Program through the International Rotary. These organizations have presented Ms. Francis with experiences and opportunities of which she considers herself grateful.

An ongoing commitment of education to the consumer and industry, Ms. Francis is a columnist for “House Magazine”, “Builder Remodeler”, “Foundation” and “New York Real Estate Journal”. Leaving no stone unturned she has also appeared on various segments of “House Television” which reaches across the metro market into New Jersey, Connecticut, the five boroughs of New York and, and of course, Long Island.

An Advocate of reform in the Banking Industry Ms. Francis is part of the New York State Mortgage Brokers Government Affairs Committee. Since the inception of her company in 2001 she has lobbied each year for reform on Capital Hill in Washington D.C.

More recent endeavors include the role out of her title company, “Harbor View Land Services, LLC.” In addition, an International Realty Division, “Safe Harbor Capital Property Advisors, LLC” recognizing a need for diversification and maintaining an edge with regard to services offered within the Industry.

Michele Raab-Francis is a Graduate of Manhattan College with a dual Major in Finance, Economics and a Minor in Political Science.
