Shelly Zaltsman

Safe Harbor Capital Group is proud to welcome Mortgage Counselor Shelly Zaltsman as an addition to the sales force. Shelly has been working in the financial service industry for the past five years at Bank Yahav in Israel. Shelly specialized in credit counseling and will be using her knowledge of the banking world to assist homebuyers.

Shelly has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Organizational Consultancy from Israel College of Administration. She also has a Masters degree in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University in Israel. Shelly is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
