Safe Harbor Capital Group, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Timothy M. Kelly as a Mortgage Counselor. Tim is a seventeen year veteran of the financial services industry. Mortgage counseling is one of the many diversified roles on his resume which also includes, Registered Securities Representative, New York Life Insurance Agent, Bank Manager, Adjunct Professor of Finance at Dowling College’s Graduate School of Business, District Executive at the Boy Scouts of America, Police Officer, and U.S. Army Veteran.

Tim’s business philosophy is to treat every customer as he wishes to be treated, with respect. He offers the most appropriate, highly competitive mortgage or loan. This philosophy keeps customers for life, an essential element for success with repeat and referral business. Tim’s thirteen years as a Bank Manager has provided financial solutions for diversified customers from first time homebuyers to multinational corporations. Tim’s expertise in commercial and residential loan solutions has made him a valued financial advisor.

Tim has been active in his community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce, President of the Rotary Club and Chairman of the National Eagle Scout Association. He will shortly assume the role as Vocational Director on Stony Brook Rotary’s Board of Directors and has been nominated to the Board of Directors of Rotary’s Gift of Life Program. Tim is also a long standing member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians.

Tim lives in Stony Brook, New York with his wife, Margaret. He likes to spend time with family spoiling the many nieces and nephews. Tim also enjoys the occasional game of golf.
